Present Performances; Serve as a Consultant
The portrayal of "Johanna Carlson, Immigrant Grandmother" helps people learn more about the trials and tribulations of America's early settlers.  She strives to show her audience that as these travelers from across the sea set down roots in America, they found better lives for themselves, and especially for their children.  Audience participation is also important, so everyone can have a fuller understanding of history.
