Pre-Admission Screening Specialist

​

The Land of the Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging, a program within the Northwest Regional Development Commission, is seeking a full-time
specialist to join the Senior LinkAge Line® call center team.

 

Job duties include conducting pre-admission screens and resident review functions of the Senior LinkAge Line®, OBRA level 1 screens and medical assistance level of care screens.

 

Extensive experience providing direct care in a long-term care setting is preferred.

 

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, social work or another related degree with experience in human services or long-term care.

 

This is a state funded position with a salary range of $44,835 – $52,375 plus benefits package, including health insurance.
