Senior LinkAge Line® Phone Specialist

​

The Land of the Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging, a program within the Northwest Regional Development Commission, is seeking a full-time
Phone Specialist, due to the Return to Community Initiative expansion, to join the Senior LinkAge Line® call center team.

 

Specialists provide long-term care options counseling to help consumers understand service options and implement community support plans that promote choice and independence. A person-centered model is utilized to link people to services that will help them remain in their homes.

 

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, nursing or gerontology.

 

This is a state funded position with a salary range $43,644-$51,091 plus a benefit package.
